Adam Grosowsky, painting instructor at LCC, has an exhibit "New Paintings" at the Karin Clarke Gallery from August 24-October 2. The gallery press release states: "In this new work, Grosowsky returns to his familiar themes of figures and landscapes, but with some significant changes and a fresh perspective. There is a sense of light and a brighter palette ... a softer, more romantic mood. ... The human figures are more varied and there are lots of animals -- cats, dogs, birds.
